Saturday:

  1. Lunch: Vegetable soup, 1 slices of bran bread (Tarhana or whatever you want from soup, but without fat)
  2. Evening: Grilled meatballs and salad

Market:

  1. Lunch: Melemen, 1 slices of bran bread
  2. Evening: Tomato sauce, yogurt pasta (no fat)

Note: Every day at 16 o’clock, 250gr fruit will be eaten from the fruit.
