Emphasizing that milk, which is an indispensable nutrient for being healthy, should be consumed in every period of life, Inanc, “Overweight is almost the main problem of our age. It is recommended to consume healthy and long-lasting foods with a high glycemic index in order to reduce the weight problem to a minimum. Two glasses of milk regularly consumed every day are important in preventing weight gains with unbalanced and unhealthy diet.” he said.


Stating that the basic rule of healthy milk consumption is to prefer packaged milk, İnanç stated that long-lasting milk is filled in aseptic packaging that prevents contact with external factors such as light and air in a completely closed environment. Stating that it is necessary to boil the open milk for 10 to 15 minutes at 90 to 95 degrees in order to completely remove the germs, Inanc added that after the milk boiled, the nutritional values, especially the vitamins in it, decreased by 50 to 90 percent.
