Low fever is one of the reactions the body can make when dealing with infection. In adults, 37.2-37.5 degrees is considered normal, the body temperature below this degree is seen as low fever. Low fever may be accompanied by symptoms such as tremor, weakness, body pain, and increased heart rate.

Causes of low fever

Causes of low fever due to infection include;

How does a low fire pass?

Antiviral drugs can be prescribed to treat some common viral infections that cause low fever. Some non-prescription drugs, such as ibuprofen (for adults only), aspirin or acetaminophen, can also be used in the treatment of low-grade fever in the control of a physician.
