Lohusa depression is a type of depression that occurs after birth in new mothers. The combination of biological and emotional factors can cause this problem. Postpartum depression is quite common. It is also known as lohusa depression, postpartum depression and postpartum depression. This affects 1 out of every 8 women in the first weeks after the child is born. Levels of estrogen and progesterone in the body fluctuate significantly after birth. Fluctuations in the hormones after pregnancy are the most important reason for experiencing depression.

Lohusa depression does not have a single cause, but physical and emotional problems can play a role in this situation.

Physical changes. Your estrogen and progesterone levels are higher than normal when you are pregnant. After birth, hormone levels return to their previous state. This sudden change can lead to depression.

Emotional problems. When you are sleepless to look after your baby, you may even have difficulty dealing with small problems. Insomnia is one of the biggest triggers of depression. You may be worried that you can look after your newborn baby. You may also feel less attractive after the birth, fight against a sense of identity, or feel that you have lost control of your life. Any of these problems can lead to postpartum depression.

Acupuncture
