Hormonal changes, side effects of some medications, unhealthy nutrition, inability to pay attention to cleanliness and excessive stress can trigger the formation of inflamed acne. Apple Vinegar:

Turmeric:

Turmeric, an antibacterial that helps to kill Propionibacterium acnes bacteria that cause inflammatory acne, is also an effective spice to get rid of acne. Aloe vera:

Apply the gel that comes from the green leaf of the aloe vera plant on the acne twice a day for a week. Another recipe is; 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, half a teaspoon of honey and mix with turmeric. Apply to your skin with inflamed acne and wait for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water. You can do this once every day.

Cucumber

Refreshing and moisturizing cucumber is another alternative for your inflamed acne. Treatment of cucumber with a balancing effect on your skin’s pH value helps reduce & heal inflammation, while also tightening your skin. Make the cucumber liquid with the help of the blender. Keep this cucumber water in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then apply to your inflamed acne with the help of cotton. Wait 15-20 minutes before rinsing with cold water. If this happens for a few days, apply 2 or 3 times a day.
